Why Prepare?
You don't have to be a doomsday prepper to know that we've seen a huge increase in natural and ecological disasters in the past few years and the doomsday clock is only a hundred seconds from midnight. It's easy to ignore the idea of a global catastrophe, but like labour pains, famines, civil unrest, and ecological disasters are all around us and they are worsening.
Our city grids are not always capable of handling the demand for water and electricity brought on by climate change and huge populations of people in our cities. At the same time, society reels, we are more dependent on man made resources and we take our comfortable home and work environments for granted.
Don't put preparedness off until you are faced with an emergency that makes you realise just how valuable it would have been if you had taken the time to prepare. Take the time to hone your primitive survival skills.
